Formed in 1989, SAMCO has grown to be one of the most progressive utility services providers in Indiana. Through our long-term success providing a full range of operations, management and engineering services to Hamilton Southeastern Utilities, a private wastewater utility, we have grown to provide scalable, flexible solutions and services to both private and public water, wastewater and stormwater utilities.

We have helped HSE grow from its first customer in 1991, to serve a population of over 45,000 today. During that time we have overseen the Master Planning, plan reviews, installation, testing and inspection of over 280 miles of mainline sewer, 5,000 manholes and 22 lift stations in a service area of 32,000 acres.

Using our scalable - flexible approach, we now provide services to seven public and private utilities in central Indiana.
